  • HSWU (watch video) @least 2 at a time
  • 1/4 bodyweight kb press. One side at a time
    • press at the top of the press do an overhead squat 3 each time

Find a wall that is hip height.

10x 1/2 bw kettlebell swings
10x Get on top of the wall.
