  1. dead lifts felt awesome!
    Asymmetrical load on Farmers Cary
    100# kb and 75# kb (would have like another 100#r but dont have one so asym it was.

    the grade was slightly uphill one way and down hill the other so sprinting downhill felt odd and carrying kettlebells was HARD!

  2. also swam lazy 30 min and did snatch balance work.
