2 legged mountain climbers: Get into a plank position, keeping arms straight and butt at same height as shoulders, hop both legs forward as if you are getting ready to stand then hop both legs back. The leg movement is simultaneous. Remember but height doesnt change, knees to triceps, arms straight, full plank position.
