10 rounds
10 kettlebell snatches (5 per side) 1/4ish bodyweight
run 20 yd down run 20 yd back
10 chest to ground pushups


feel free to substitute clean and push press for snatch if it still hits you in the wrist
and feel free to sub chest to ground burpees for pushups

  2. THese are not nice if you do them at speed. But mostly I am super busy about to go overseas for 'work' and I am trying to get all the moving parts to move in the right direction.
