  1. That was a lower case "L" not an "i"
    The Lsit pull up is long legs, bent at the hip so your body makes an "L" shape.

    Lsits sucked and turned into tucks
    rounds 1 - 4 went smoothly but hard
    rnd 5 was broken (had to put the bar down and get off pull up bar before finishing)
    rnd 6 the pullups were the only broken part and roun 7 was clean
