5 push ups chest to ground 
bear crawl 10 yards
repeat 4 x
sprint back to where you started or 40 yd if you dont travel a straight line. what ever time it took you, take that as a break 
 the above is one round do a total of 4 rounds


If you have time later walk 45 min with 15% bodyweight (weight vest, backpack, small pig, saddle, car tire you know anything that will put you under load...)

  1. 1:31, 1:34, 1:36, 1:44... Hahaha! Consecutively worse! That was hard but my sprinting is better- - not overstriding as much or as bad!
